Instant messenger is really handy

I like using the instant messenger these days. Unfortunately I don’t have too many friends on IM. Mostly I IM my Dad and Mom. Sometimes my Dad is in his home office on the 3rd floor, and can’t hear me. It is easier to just IM him since he is on the computer a lot.
