Me, getting a haircut or being tickled?

Sarah is such a good hair dresser!
I am smiling because (a) I am happy to get a hair cut or (b) Sarah is tickling me.
The answer is (b).
Some people are ticklish when you tickle their tummy, or their back but I am ticklish all over – I am so ticklish that even if somebody touches my hair, I burst out laughing.
