I have been watching the moon, Venus and Jupiter, so bright and clear in the sky.

If you look at it closely, it makes a happy face.

But this picture is even more beautiful. Click on it to see it in full glory. You can see downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, ships in the ocean! And then in the sky you see the bright Venus and slightly less bright Jupiter.

Had a very hectic thanksgiving weekend; had several parties and loads of fun. And one of the things that we did was to put up our charismas tree.

I have an ornament from each my Christmas celebrations. Some ornaments that I made in different grades, and some that we put together to remind ourselves of all the fun things that I did that year.

For year 2008, my ornament has the Pokemon theme. It has a pin that I won by attending the Statewide Pokemon championship.

Gmail now has a new feature called Themes. I like the Ninja one the best (partly shown above). You get there by getting on “settings” and then you click “themes”. There should be a list of possible themes.

I have the Ninja! Hi… Yaaa… There are some other ones; including Summer ocean, cherry blossom, shiny and Marina and tons more!

Summer ocean is a beach like theme, cherry blossom is mellow colored theme, shiny is a mirrored theme and marina is an ocean colors of blue without the pictograms.

I didn’t have much time to prepare for the Halloween this year. The day before the Halloween, I got back from school and later that evening we decided to put a costume together.

My dad and I came up with an idea of being an “Idea girl”, with a bulb on the head that would light up when I had an idea.

We looked for things in the house and found a bicycle helmet - that will be the hat that I use. Then we looked for a bulb, there were plenty of those, but how about having “the bulb that lit up” part? And then we found a flash light! My dad took the flash light part and used some wires to connect the batteries to the bottom part of the bulb and hot glued the bulb to the helmet. We even found a tiny switch that we added to turn the light on and off.

So actually I had three bulbs on my head - the big one, which was just for show, a small one that came from a flash light and an LED that my dad tried to add, which didn’t work too well. You can see a little speck of a red on the hat. I am holding on to the switch in this picture.

The wires were supposed to go in the back and then I had a waist bag which held the two large batteries. So when I turned the switch on, the middle bulb lit up and illuminated the big bulb, it was cool.

My mom and I painted the shirt with “Ideas 5 cents” and I was ready. I even had a big questionmark on the back of my t-shirt.

Everybody liked my costume at the school, except at about noon, the big bulb broke!

In the evening time, we replaced the broken bulb and my friend Christina and I went for trick or treating around the neighborhood. A few places where I showed them my light and how it lit up, I got double the candy! So the costume was a success.

A few people at my school offered to pay me 5 cents for my ideas, but I have not collected that money yet!

Nintendo DS has a new model called Nintendo DSi and it comes with a camera. Here is a video of all the cool things it can do.

* deform heads into candy corn shapes!
* surround subjects with happy flowers and hearts!
* magically change the color of your subject’s shirt!
* create a kaleidoscope effect!
* give someone’s face that blur effect from The Ring!
* combine the features of your friends to see what the combo will look like.
* class up your pictures with a frame!

The funniest one is the one where you can take a sound and turn in to as if a chipmunk was singing it.

It comes with a software called DSi Camera and DSi Sound.

Last year I took a picture of a rainbow outside of our house; it was very large, but it wasn’t as dramatic and and as clear.

I’ll update this as the new ones are available and I encounter the ones with higher g.

This doesn’t include the effect of the ability cards and of course this doesn’t include the Bakugan Brawlers in the show; just the ones that are available to collect.

Otherwise several Bakugan Brawlers have G power of 1000G (Hurricane Skyress) or even 5000G (Skyradrago + fusion card).

I am in the north Part of India now (Delhi); then I will go to the east part of India (Gujarat) and then I will go to the West part of India (Bengal - Kolkata). South will have to wait, I guess!

My aunt gave me a Bakugan! How did that happen? I didn’t think anybody knew about Bakugans in India.

It is like pokemon combined with transformers. My dad thinks that it is pokemon and transformer combined with Hello Kitty cuteness!

Bakugan is the size of a large marble and it is magnetic and spring loaded. It also comes with magnetic cards. So when you roll the Bakugan ball over the magnetic card, the magnets interact and release the catch in the springs and the ball opens up in to reveal a bakugan character.

The Bakugan series started in Japan in 2007 and the first US show was in February 2008.

I got my first BAKUGAN. I got a DARK DRAGONOID!!! It has 470 Gs!!! I also got a DARK DOOM CARD and a G power exchange ability!!!

The Dragonoid is designed to seek and destroy. Equipped with high intelligence, they are limited in Battle mobility but compensate for through powerful strikes. Dragonoids will also fire high-speed oscillating, electromagnetic waves from their venomous mouths, annihilating anyone who gets in their way.

I liked Bakugan so much that I have seen all the episodes 1-52!
